Eden use Yodel to deliver parcels. This company has a poor reputation and often loses parcels/ delivers them to the wrong address.
Why not use a company like Royal Mail which has a good reputation. The delivery driver didn't put a photo on the site so presumably knew that he was not in the right place.
The message said that the parcel was in our front porch. We don't have a front porch so the message was obviously made up to get rid of the parcel and get paid.
I need someone to talk to at Eden but it's not possible to speak to anyone.
